Ingredients

  • 400 gr pasta rifled pipes
  • 1 kg cuttlefish
  • 1 no onion great
  • 250 gr peas grainy
  • 500 gr tomato pulp
  • 1 dl white wine dry
  • 3 spoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 segments garlic
  • 1 no chili if you like it
  • to taste parsley
  • to taste salt

instructions

  • Wash and clean the parsley. Chop it finely

  • Peel the garlic.

  • Clean the cuttlefish by eliminating the bone, mouth, eyes and empty them.
  • Private skin cuttlefish. Rinse them, dry them and cut them into pieces.
  • Cut the onion into a thin slice. Cook it in a pan with oil and equally water.

  • Add the cuttlefish, the chilli, the garlic and part of the parsley. Feel everything over high heat.
  • Pour the white wine and evaporate.
  • Add the tomato pulp and peas. Salt and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Cook the pasta and drain it al dente.
  • Season it with the cuttlefish sauce, add the remaining parsley. Mix and serve immediately
