  • 320 gr Pasta linguine (also called bavette)
  • 1000 gr Clams real ones
  • Parsley chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • qb Salt
  • qb Pepper
  • qb Olive Oil
  • 1/2 glass Lemon juice
  • 1 glass Dry White Wine

Instructions

  • Drain the clams well, changing the water several times.

  • Prepare a very fine garlic mince and sauté in a non-stick pan.

  • Add the clams and cook at high heat until they open; add the wine, let it evaporate, then season with salt and pepper.
