Ingredients

  • 4 nr. trout from Trentino weighing about 250 g.
  • mayonnaise
  • cucumbers
  • chives
  • 2 nr. apple

Instructions

  • Prepare your cooked trout as desired and serve with the original and delicious apple sauce.
  • Add to the mayonnaise (to taste), chopped cucumbers, chives, and two diced apples.
