Ingredients
- 4 nr. trout from Trentino weighing about 250 g.
- mayonnaise
- cucumbers
- chives
- 2 nr. apple
Instructions
- Prepare your cooked trout as desired and serve with the original and delicious apple sauce.
- Add to the mayonnaise (to taste), chopped cucumbers, chives, and two diced apples.
