Ingredients

  • 500 gr Type 0 Flour sifted
  • 4 nr Eggs
  • 300 gr Spinach cooked, squeezed, and finely chopped
  • 40 gr Butter
  • qb Milk
  • 3 cucchiai Grana Padano grated
  • qb Salt

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and the flour gradually.
  • Add the milk and mix until smooth.
  • Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  • Then divide it into two parts. Add the spinach to one part.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil with some salt.
  • Add the two mixtures by teaspoonfuls.
  • When the gnocchi surface, push them to the bottom with a slotted spoon and cook through.
  • Drain them, place in a bowl. Season with pieces of butter and salt. Serve hot.
