Pasta and toma cheese by Michele is an excellent first course from the Piedmont culinary tradition. It is a humble recipe, but very tasty.

Servings: 4 persone
Ingredients
- 320 gr Spaghetti
- 200 gr Piemontese tomato diced
- 30 gr Butter
- b.k. Salt
Instructions
- Place the ingredients for the green sauce in a bowl and mix well with a whisk
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti.
- Put the butter in a serving bowl and melt it in a double boiler, placing the container on a simmering water.
- Add the diced toma and mix.
- Drain the al dente spaghetti, place them in the serving bowl, and toss quickly.
- Add the green sauce, mix again, and serve immediately at the table.
