Ingredients

  • 320 gr Spaghetti
  • 200 gr Piemontese tomato diced
  • 30 gr Butter
  • b.k. Salt

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients for the green sauce in a bowl and mix well with a whisk
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti.
  • Put the butter in a serving bowl and melt it in a double boiler, placing the container on a simmering water.
  • Add the diced toma and mix.
  • Drain the al dente spaghetti, place them in the serving bowl, and toss quickly.
  • Add the green sauce, mix again, and serve immediately at the table.
