  • Non -stick pan
  • Chopping board
  • Wooden spoon
  • Sharp knife

Ingredients

  • to taste Asparagus wild
  • 1 no Leek or onion
  • 4 no eggs
  • to taste Olive Oil extra virgin
  • to taste Salt

instructions

  • Clean the asparagus by removing the hard part.

  • Clean the leek and cut it into Rondelline.
  • Cook the asparagus and leek slowly in a non -stick pan with a little oil and water.
  • Beat the eggs and salt, add the asparagus and cover, leaving to cook slowly.

  • Turn the omelette on both sides without stirring it.
  • Cut into rhombuses and serve.

Notes

A ready omelette can be put in a hot oven at 150 degrees for a few minutes.
