Ingredients

  • 800 gr asparagus cultivated
  • 100 gr Cooked Ham
  • 4 dl Cream
  • 1/2 nr Onion
  • 1 cabbage lettuce
  • 4 dl Broth
  • 20 gr Butter
  • qb nutmeg
  • qb Salt

Instructions

  • Scrape the asparagus stalks, cut them to the same length, rinse under running water.
  • Bind them into bunches and cook in a pot, immersing the bottom two-thirds with the tips facing up in lightly salted cold water, simmering for about 12 minutes.
  • Peel and slice the onion and cut the cooked ham into cubes.
  • Wash the lettuce, dry it and cut into strips.
  • In a saucepan with butter, sauté the onion.

  • Add the ham and lettuce.
  • Pour in the broth and then add the cream.
  • Season with salt, flavor with nutmeg, and cook over low heat.
