Ingredients
- 800 gr asparagus cultivated
- 100 gr Cooked Ham
- 4 dl Cream
- 1/2 nr Onion
- 1 cabbage lettuce
- 4 dl Broth
- 20 gr Butter
- qb nutmeg
- qb Salt
Instructions
- Scrape the asparagus stalks, cut them to the same length, rinse under running water.
- Bind them into bunches and cook in a pot, immersing the bottom two-thirds with the tips facing up in lightly salted cold water, simmering for about 12 minutes.
- Peel and slice the onion and cut the cooked ham into cubes.
- Wash the lettuce, dry it and cut into strips.
- In a saucepan with butter, sauté the onion.

- Add the ham and lettuce.
- Pour in the broth and then add the cream.
- Season with salt, flavor with nutmeg, and cook over low heat.
- Arrange the asparagus on a serving plate, cover the tips with the lettuce sauce, and serve.
