Ingredients

  • 1 Kg. chicory wild
  • 1 nr. chili pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  • Wash and carefully clean the chicory.
  • Cook it in plenty of lightly salted water for about 45 minutes.
  • Drain the cooked chicory and squeeze it out.
  • Pour the oil into a saucepan and sauté the garlic cloves, chili pepper, and chicory, adding a pinch of salt.
  • Mix and continue cooking for about 15 minutes. Serve.
