    Forse manca il passaggio di lessare gli asparagi e per quanti minuti???visto che al punto 4 dici di gettare la pasta nella stessa acqua???

      Al punto 2 c’è quanto da te richiesto: “Sminuzzarli col coltello o con le mani e ripassarli con l’olio ed uno scalogno o una cipolla in un tegame per qualche minuto.”
      In pratica e sufficiente passarli sul fuoco con olio e scalogno o cipolla (a seconda dei gusti) per qualche minuto.
