- Large pan and deep
- Non-stick pot (for the pasta)
- Mixing bowls (to drain and collect the clams)
- Sharp knife (if chopping garlic or parsley)

Ingredients
- 320 gr Pasta linguine (also called bavette)
- 1000 gr Clams real ones
- Parsley chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- qb Salt
- qb Pepper
- qb Olive Oil
- 1/2 glass Lemon juice
- 1 glass Dry White Wine
Instructions
- Drain the clams well, changing the water several times.

- Prepare a very fine garlic mince and sauté in a non-stick pan.

- Add the clams and cook at high heat until they open; add the wine, let it evaporate, then season with salt and pepper.

- Cook the linguine in plenty of salted water and once drained, toss in the pan with the clams.

- Add chopped parsley, squeeze with lemon juice.

- Arrange on plates and serve.
